Back in 2001 when I first made my segue into self-employment I was excited but also nervous (parts of me were downright scared). I’d been an employee my whole working life and had few role models for how to create and flourish in an independent lifestyle.
But my soul was aching from a deep place to go out on my own, so I listened to that inner calling and built and implemented a step-by-step transition plan.
