Refund Policy: No cancellations or refunds after three days from date of purchase. In the event that you are not able to attend, you may transfer your spot to the next workshop date or other SHIFT-IT Coach, Inc products or services, only if request received in writing at least 30 days prior to workshop date. Sending a substitute to fill your spot is fine, as long as we are notified prior to the workshop start and person has necessary pre-requisites if applicable.
