I’m a big fan of Masterminds. They are a wonderful opportunity to ‘go deep’ and accomplish your next level of growth. So useful to give and receive support with good people who really get what you do and what your next stretch is – and help you to DO IT!
Working Visually, while it’s growing in leaps and bounds, can be a challenging, confusing and lonely journey at times given it’s a relatively new medium.
That’s why I offer my Magic Marker Masterminds — as a way to help my students (and folks who have gotten their basics elsewhere) blossom into this unique work and manifest their own signature way of doing it.
My Magic Marker programs are open to both Practitioners who are embedded internally in organizations and those who are self-employed. Open to those who work with groups (as a Facilitator, Graphic Recorder, or both) and to Practitioners who work with individuals (as a Supervisor, Mentor, Coach, Therapist or Other Helping Professional). What unites us is our love of Working Visually and our desire for continual improvement and innovation.
The format of these Masterminds is NOT like my curriculum courses where subjects are prepared in advance. These agendas are emergent, and member driven – so each cohort uniquely unfolds depending on who joins and what your current needs are. If we don’t have the expertise internally to assist you, I have a large extended network to tap for specialty knowledge (so guest experts sometimes make appearances too).
Topics can include specific skill enhancements (materials, color palettes, formats, specialty techniques, speed, accuracy, etc.), identity, brand, marketing (websites, social media, speaking, campaigns, etc.), money (rates, contracting, payment, accounting, etc.) client assistance (expansion, debriefs, trouble shooting), expansion of offerings (services, products, courses, books, etc.), and lots and lots of lots of inner work (busting through inertia, analysis paralysis, fear, self-sabotage, comparison-itis, envy/shame, poverty consciousness, etc.).
Plus sooooo much more as each Mastermind is unique onto itself. So come as many times as you like, as we’ll meet you where you now are in your visual journey.
