1. Satsang Day – In-person in Victoria, Canada

Time: 9:30 – 5 pm, Pacific Time
This is my only in-person event this season. A rare opportunity to join together in precious physical space. Meditation, self inquiry, constellations and more. Meet other lovely folks on the awakening path. Together we SHIFT-IT during remarkable times, one person at a time.
I’ll be working visually – in the large-scale mural format. Those who process will have the opportunity to take their one-of-a-kind mural home!

2. Private Visual Satsang – Online Processing Group
Dates: 16 Saturdays, September 20, 2025 – January 3, 2026

These times offer an incredible opportunity for awakening, and this special container helps us do and be that. Unfold over 16 weeks with a small community of courageous deep divers. Together, we meet all the circumstances of our times. Finding Stillness within the hubbub, over and over again. Modalities include meditation, self inquiry, parts work, polarities, constellations, shadow work and more. Experience why folks come again and again.

3. Processing Group with Anneke Lucas (Shifting the Power)
Dates: 10 Wednesdays, November 26, 2025 – January 28, 2026

It’s my honor to once again be co-hosting a processing group with brave and brilliant Anneke Lucas. Join us as we dive deep into parts work within a global and personal power context. For Survivors of SA, SRA and MC, their Providers, and other supportive folks who are both strong and soft. Together we do and be our inner work, making our greatest contribution for personal and collective change.
*Prerequisite: None; however, those with Level 1 (also offered this fall) or Level 2 of Shifting the Power will have prior familiarity with the terrain and tools.
