Kay’s Graphic Visioning on Life, Love and Body

Just had a great session with my client Kay.  We met years ago at a facilitator’s conference.  She’s been around the graphic methodology for some time … using graphics in her facilitation work and also partnering with graphic recorders.

Kay’s just completed my recent Merkley’s Manifestation Mastermind … and while she knew about the Law of Attraction previously, i think its safe to say that her eyes have been opened about what it truly is and how to apply it.

Kay’s got it totally going on work wise.  She’s a thoroughly professional woman who’s been a thriving independent consultant for quite some time.  While she did bring some work things up during the course of the Manifestation Mastermind, mostly her focus has been on the personal area of her life – most specifically on attracting her life partner and the family life that she desires.

Over the holidays, Kay spent some quality time creating some visioning murals.  I really liked what she did and asked permission to blog about it and show her photos – and she has graciously agreed to share them with you.

Let me write just a smidge about graphics and visioning in general.  While the graphics are great, its really the ENERGY and EMOTION that is key.  Doing vision boards, treasure maps, or graphic narratives like Kay has done are great things to do.  Why?  Because they interrupt your usual habitual way of focusing and replace it and laser beam it onto what you really do want and the associated FEELINGS that go along with those things.  Its not the images per se that are important, but the emotions that the images help elicit in us that really count.  Because the Law of Attraction is a vibrational or energetic law.

Kay started with an opening collage:

Enlarged View:

She then moved onto delving deeper into finding the ‘feeling place’ of her husband:

Then also did some work on her body, health and femininity:

As the world has evolved and progressed, there are many women (like Kay … and I!) who have had incredible options and opportunities in our work life. Many opportunities and choices that were not available (or even desired) by our mothers and grandmothers, etc.  While this is great for our careers, many of us have hit crossroads after a certain stage of career success where we really start looking at our personal lives.  We have operated on a go, go, go and rather yang model in our professionals lives and have lost the feeling place of the softer, more personal and relational sides of life.

Doing vision collages like Kay has, is a great way to tap into that other side of our life.  To get those softer, feminine, sexy and yummy feelings going.  Not only does this feel good in the moment of creation and when we continue to look at our collages … but it subtly changes our vibration so things that match this new vibe are attracted to us.  This is one of the many ways one can take deliberate, conscious control of our vibration in order to cause a SHIFT in our lives.

Thanks so much for sharing Kay!  Great examples for others to be inspired by.

p.s. If you would like to learn more about the Law of Attraction and use visuals to deliberately focus your vibration, check out my SHIFT-IT Home Retreat Kit.  Which is a pre-requisite for the Merkley Manifestation Mastermind that Kay attended. Next Merkley Mastermind is March 1 – May 17.

Christina, Thanks so much for sharing this on your blog! I’m grateful for the positive vibrations that will come as a result.

Tonight, I went to work out at the Y. I listened to an .mp3 on financial abundance and sweated. It was great. When I headed to the locker room, an old Anita Baker song came through the headphones. I didn’t realize it was on the mp3 player. As soon as I heard the opening notes, I felt the feeling. It absolutely connected me to the graphic vision from my future husband’s point of view. (One of my favorite things about that map was the left-hand corner with the jewelry. I cut those images out about a year ago and they were sitting in a box all this time.)

The song that played was “Precious.” I went back to the walk around the track and listened (over and over) to these lyrics that are in total alignment with the images:

When you ask me how I feel about you
I tried to find the words that best describe you
You are to me like a precious jewel, so valuable, baby
You shine so bright, lighting up my life with pure delight

I envision you and me in love together
Coming closer as we share each day together
Give me all the gold in this world
it will not replace this love, baby
Take a diamong ring, worth a lot
But what we’ve got can not be bought or sold

You are so priceless to me
And loving you has made me see
with your love I can do most anything

You are so priceless to me
You’re like the first rainbow in spring
Your love comforts my heart with joy you bring me

So… I’d say that I’ve found the feeling place of being loved and cherished–all while working on strengthening my amazing body!

    lol! Tune in tomorrow…

    k

Wow Kay, it is great to see you so clear and grounded with your visions. I love the language and visuals. You have already created that wonderful partner who desires you.

This is awesome! What an inspirational “journey”, and how quickly “Kay” got to the “feeling” side of the woman she wants to be with the amazing partnering man she wants to have.

    Ahhhhh!
