A NOTE FROM CHRISTINA

Sliding into summer in the Pacific Northwest.

Our backyard bank of St. John’s wort has erupted into a sea of yellow.

Watching the first bloom emerge, then the winnowing down to the last. Such a wave of exuberant beauty that I delight in each year!

The so-called little things in life that summon immense pleasure.2 photos: close up and field of vibrant st. john's wort yellow flowers.

Deer roam all around us, which is lovely, of course. And, a bit of a challenge if one dares to push the envelope with planted flowers. We attempt to strategically place them. Hoping to outmaneuver the family of four who graze the neighborhood.

They got one arrangement, but these are still thankfully thriving. They make my heart smile every time I pass them.Fuschia and Begonias in bright reds, coral and pink fill summer garden baskets in the woods.

While our flowers are making it through, some of my courses, alas, aren’t. Despite what the news may currently say, from my vantage point, the economy here in North America, especially for the specialty facilitation and training market, is having a tough time, whether one works visually or not.

So many of the traditional places that my training attendees come from (corporate, not for profit and academia) are being hit hard with reductions, staff cuts and shifting mandates. Condolences to those going through these shifts.  As a result, two of my long existing trainings did not fly this season.

With this, a continued shift is happening in my work as it centers on coaching, processing and deep spirituality.

The Shifting the Power series with Anneke Lucas beautifully continues.

We just wrapped our first Level 2 (thank you to an incredible international cohort).

FYI, dates for 2025 and 2026 are now live (Level 1, Level 2 and a Processing Group).

We’ve also placed the Home Study Kit on special for July.

With it, you qualify as a Repeater, should you wish to also come to a live Level 1.

Other offerings that continue are my Visual Satsangs and Private Sessions.

Sunday Drop-Ins continue twice a month (#93 is this weekend). Plus, the fall and winter cohorts for Private Online Satsangs are ready.

In June, I hosted my first In-Person Satsang locally in Victoria, Canada. Having created many different types of containers over the decades, this one is special. It’s a culmination of all of my experience to date. Alchemy in the now.

We meditate. We do Visual Self Inquiry (with mural-sized notes). Custom-tailored Parts Work and Constellations weave in too.

It’s quite remarkable. All in service of more consciously navigating these shift times we have embodied into.

Moving forward, I’ll be offering these low-fee Satsangs Days every few months. The next one is Sept 14th (7 spots left).

As wonderful as it is to work online, it increasingly feels really imperative to occasionally meet in person too, where possible. An opportunity to create connections and build community, the old-fashioned way.

And, if you are into working visually, you can help draw and color the murals. Everyone who courageously sits a Self Inquiry gets to take their mural home!

As per my custom each eZine, you’ll find a Grad Spotlight (well done Jan), and a Sit with Christina video (thank you Ana for your generous contribution).

Yours in SHIFTing IT,
