A NOTE FROM CHRISTINA

Hello from the west coast of Canada in rainy March.

No real snow this winter; however, the rain is stubbornly consistent, as is customary for a temperate rain forest this time of year.

When I go for walks, it’s dramatic, even gothic. Dripping in moody moss and stark sculptural branches. Atmospheric like the British novels of my English lit years.

This season is the perfect match for online work. It suits me to wrap in a cozy shawl, a warm tea nearby, with my little dog curled on my lap.

Having the very unique opportunity to facilitate Consciousness, out of and back to, such a remarkable range of people from around the world.

As I have been throughout my career, I continue to get a bird’s eye view of the unfoldment of society through a range of individuals within it.

Encountering Consciousness at the group level, as well as the deeply personal. How individuals, including myself, react and adapt to the collective conditions.

I’m very grateful for the path I have travelled to get here. All the twists and turns were essential for the outer and inner work I am now doing and being.

The range of places I was a professional fly on the wall. The energetic and spiritual experiences that personally unfolded. The vast range of modalities and techniques I learned.

All are referenceable at my fingertips, depending on who is in front of me, and what they/we are meeting at that particular moment.

You, the people who come, are AMAZING! Thank you for doing so!

Your quest for truth.

Your ability to meet what is, through the form of you.

Your determination to align your life, relationships and roles to what is most meaningful, even when it’s uncomfortable and at times extremely painful, even life-threatening.

A soul game is afoot, and it’s decidedly not easy.

Most everything is confidential, so I can only write about it generally.

  • Young people forging their ways through socially engineered sludge, both personally and professionally.
  • Mid-lifers juggling pressures of work, family and finances, in huge uncertainty.
  • Managers grappling with rapid moral and technological change, with teams they want to authentically support, encourage and protect.
  • Survivors of organized abuse creatively working their installed parts and programs, with little support from a society still largely clueless that it even exists.
  • Truth seekers, wanting to know, even when red pills will extract their pound of fear, anger and upsetting the apple cart.
  • Noble caregivers untangling sacrificial tendencies, to count and matter too.
  • Those in grief, being forged and stretched in the crucible of deep loss.
  • Elders and the ill, meeting limitations of the body and mortality.

The yin/yang of it all.

The oneness in the midst of the polarities.

In the rainy season, as the world spins.

My honor to showcase honest David for his Grad Spotlight this issue (making my way through the remaining Visual Coach announcements, just a few more to go).

And to dear Sophie, for the Sit With Christina, showing the possibility of inner alignment via Self Inquiry.

Yours in SHIFTing it,
