This Month’s Agenda Items:

Last eCommunity of the year … goodbye 2019 and hello 2020. We did two group exercises today: providing space for each individual to quietly consider the positive aspects of 2019 and their own ‘wouldn’t it be nice ifs’ for 2020 (at both the individual (me) and global (we) level).

Then each person shared their reflections, being witnessed by the group. I did fast live graphic recording to capture the essence of the shares … as with any real-time graphics the map is not the full territory but it does provide a touchstone to the energy and camaraderie.

Wishing everyone a pleasant, healthy and nurturing end to 2019 and a smooth shift into 2020 and what this transformational year brings to the human race. As my mentor Jim Channon would say, Go Planet! May we develop wisely, maturely and with grace. xoxo
